geekdaddy Registered User Join Date: Oct 2018 Location: New England Posts: 58	green scrub pads and warm soapy water I've used this approach with some used parts that I needed to strip and it seemed to work well. Soak the parts in warm soapy water and then GENTLY rub them with the green scrub pads. Removed the soft-touch paint and left the plastic underneath without scratches.
