"EBAY" LED/DRL Projector Lights : Problems

(Sorry for another thread on these lights!)

Everything seems to be OK when I put them in, however within 24 hours at least two of the LEDs go out. It makes the eyebrow look really odd as there are gaps in the strip.

So far I have had to return two sets of lights because the "eyebrow" LEDs have failed. I'm now on my 3rd set and these have failed too.

Could there be something wrong with wiring in the car that is causing these to fail or are the lights just really poor quality? I checked the voltage in the circuit and nothing seems to be wrong.

Is anyone else seeing these issues?

I too have had more than my share of LED bulb failures. Seems like there is not much QC in China products these days. Out of 10 T10 (replaces 2825) bulbs ordered 2 were completely DOA and 1 other did fail within a week.

The lights are not cheap either. The construction of them apparently is. The good news is that most REPUTABLE sellers will exchange them. One guy gave me "a few extra for my time". He's right on the time too….it took a month to receive original package and another month to get ALL lights working. So plan accordingly, or go U.S.A.!

I wanted to do an eyebrow, saw a DIY for it….got ANY pics? Won't ding ya for the bulbs being out!
