Mounted GPS in car
Just finished a little project. I hate the look of the GPS in the dash and could not find a GPS in a stereo that I liked. So I have now installed mine in the dash where the CD holders went. It is not as nice as factory but can be removed and updated or replaced.

No I cut a block of wood out to fit. Wrapped it in leather then screwed it to the old cd holder. Then pushed it in place. It isn't factory grade but it works for me.
