crios mod stage II? Kimo sport exhaust
 

Looking at http://www.ppbb.com/phorum/read.php?6,1389456,1389809 on Pedro's forums, I'm wondering whether it's possible to do a further stealth mod to an '03 exhaust similar to what's shown in the (slightly blurry) picture below, but without the need to weld a piece into the side of the exhaust.

By drilling large holes into the outside chambers, shouldn't it be possible to achieve the same effect as the bypass pipe on the mod shown above, and in effect like the PSE?

If it makes sense to do, the main hurdle I can see is how to get a cutting edge on a good enough angle far enough through the intake pipe.

Thoughts? Am I barking up the wrong bush?

I planning to do this on my 986s, but I'll make the tubes shorter than shown in this pic.
