Headlamp Washer Nozzle Installation

I've purchased the BMW part and am curious about how to "cut the bottom under the nozzle" without damaging the nozzle. I'd welcome any suggestions as the pastic is quite hard and the nozzle section looks like it could be easily broken.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Bit old not sure you figured it out, but I used hacksaw blade and cut the bottom off, then popped out the nozzle. Whole fix was less than $20 if I remember correctly.
