Totally confused now - Audio Swap

I've searched through the threads and read countless posts on this and other forums and quite frankly I'm flabbergasted.

I recently bought an 02 Boxster with the stock Becker CDR220 and the factory amp. The cd player is shot in it, and I was eventually planning on searching for another to replace it... however:

As a sort of late fathers day present wifey bought me a gee whiz flash bang single DIN unit that does a little bit of everything. I'm not planning on hooking up the TV or backup cameras functions. Here's the radio wiring diagram from the web:

Now as I understand it all I need is the Metra 70-1787 harness adapter (I prefer not to cut into the stock harness, and the speakers in it are ok with me) and an antenna adapter. Is this correct?

that adapter should be all you need.
