Need Help, Deactivation bar And Multi-Meter

I am trying to figure something out, could someone with a Child Seat Deactivation Bar, plug a Multi-Meter into the two wire of the plug of the deactivation bar, to check what is the resistance of the deactivation bar?

It would help me a lot in my DIY Project..

Thanks

I do not have a Boxster yet.... but this info would interest me too.

I have a 5yr old and a 2 yr old who need a booster, and pass. air bag deactivation to ride safely in the front seat should a boxster be in my future....

Looking for a 2003-04 Boxster S.....(near either Buffalo, Detroit or Toronto Canada)

Thanks,
Peter
