Is ther a "how to" guide that walks through Battery replacement, saving codes, etc?

I used the Black&Decker charger mentioned in the link when I did my battery swap a few weeks back. Worked as advertised at holding all the radio settings and was $15 at wally world. I was going to get the real Porsche one, but it was $135. I don't have that much pride.
I got the costco version of the battery for ~$65 with no trade-in. Now I'm stuck with a slightly good 8+ year old OEM Porsche battery that I'm going to give to my dad to use in his tractor. :) |
