Wanted: Tiptronic 986 in the Denver area $10k
 

Hey enthusiasts. I just recieved my Roof Transport System in the mail that I paid way, way too much for and now I need a car to go with it.

I've driven all the Tip equipped cars nearby listed on FB Marketplace and they all are leaving a lot to be desired. Theoretically I could do some work on them to bring them to a reasonable condition, but I feel like if I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel then there might be problems I can't handle, and I can't handle that right now.

The only "needs" are the car needs to be in reasonable mechanical order with no strange squeeks, rattles, or mystery noises. Beyond that if the paint is a bit tired I can always wrap the car or something.

I'd love an 03-04 S, but beggers can't be choosers. I plan on driving it year round, giving it a slight lift, and using it as a sportscar utility vehicle.

Regarding the auto, my partner wants to be able to drive the car and has no interest in learning to drive a stick, so Tiptronic it is! If it were up to me I would much prefer a manual but we all have to make compromises sometimes.
