Selling my 1997 986 boxster with a 996 Carrera 3.4 engine swap.

Recently overhauled the engine and replaced the IMS bearing.

Brand new coilovers and tie rods.

As you can see the car is in great condition just needs a little TLC to get it to the pristine condition of which was my plan but really don't have the time with three kids and a wife that wants the garage clear for her gym. LOL.. I have more pictures to show or just come see it in person. Let me know.

Nice car! I just bought a 2000 Boxster with a 3.4 and love it. Also came with coil overs, GT3 front brakes, custom exhaust, aftermarket GT3 style front bumper cover, custom rear bumper cover, center radiator and a hardtop. Love it on track!

Selling it for $9,500. Just posted it in Cargurus, you can check it out and see more pictures. Let me know if anyone has specific questions or if you will like to see it in person and test drive it. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. This is not your typical Boxster. Hate to get rid off it but honestly I do not use it and do not have the time to invest to restore 100% as I originally planned. All I've done to it was, getting the engine overhauled, change the top to a glass rear window and replace all suspension. I literately bought it with 103,000 miles and now it has 104,500 miles in the 5 years that I've owned it.

That's a great deal. I also have a 3.4 986 that I'm thinking of parting out and was going to ask more than that just for the engine!
