Only issues is the Parking brake stays lit on the dash when handbrake is released.
There is a ding on the drivers quarter panel. I tried taking a close up photo of it.

The light on the dashboard from the e-brake may be the switch in the center console. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcBqJEtEGHs

When mine failed the light would not turn on. It is possible that you have a different problem, but the part is not expensive and it might be worth a shot if you can do the work yourself.

Good luck with your sale.

Good luck with the sale.

As per Kevin1990,
There is a switch in the console.
It is a micro switch at the base of the E-brake handle.
Not expensive just a little fiddly to change.
