Opinion on 01 Boxster Base price
 

Hi all,

I am looking to pickup another Boxster 986 here in the Northeast US for a summer ride.. I have been out of the loop with regards to prices. Looks like Boxster prices have gone up quite a bit. What can expect to pay for 2.7 986 with 100k miles tip, very clean, service records.

John, I live in Ohio and just picked up a 2001 Base model with 98,000 miles. Pretty good shape, nothing major. I paid $4700 for it. Pioneer radio was DOA so I put out another $300 for that. Hope this helps

Thanks, that a great price. Not seeing any Boxster worth while anywhere near that price here in NE.

I think for a good condition, IMS done, 100k car with tiptronic - pricing is around $6-$9k.
