When you put the Brey Krause up for sale I was thinking this might happen next. Good luck with the sale and looking forward to seeing the new project!

It is problematic with the border being closed. Although there might be a solution.

piper6909 06-22-2020 01:52 PM

Whoever gets it will have a solid, well-maintained car. Good luck with sale, NewArt! I enjoyed your videos!

Was that a Rocky Horror reference?

I thought so. For you see, I've been watching this thread from another dimension, with voyeuristic intentions, well secluded, I see all.

I’ll get those pictures up as soon as I get back to my PC. It’s such a pain to work on my iPad. I’m really not a fan of Apple! :(

I am VERY interested in this car. I don’t have a passport so I couldn’t get into Canada but would be willing to meet on my side of the border in Vermont.

Actually, it’s originally an American car so there’s no duty to be paid to bring it back to the US. However, the border is still closed for normal crossings but That may change.

What's the Canadian$$ pricing? My brother in Toronto might be interested, he's been hyped about 986S' ever since I got one 🤣

I’ve listed it at $17,500 CAD. You may have to revert the exhaust back to stock to pass smog in Ontario.

I guess the best I can hope for at this point is a border reopening, unless we can rig a nice big trebuchet to sling it across.

@NewArt -Ontario removed the requirement for "Drive Clean" tests as of April 1, 2019. Good luck on your sale!

@yummyporsche - I have a stock exhaust from my 2001 Boxster S should your brother purchase this from NewArt. Happy to lend itin order to pass any provincial safety tests (if required.) I'm in Toronto.

This is a great deal on a well-maintained car owned by a reputable enthusiast. Would be silly to pass on this one.
