1998 Boxster (SPB or Track) - Wiring Done, 3rd Radiator in, Cage-ready

SOLD. Here's a black 1998 Boxster, stripped down to the bare metal interior. The wiring harness has been thinned with marine-grade fuse panels, and it's ready for a cage. You might pay this much alone just for a donor car, not including the extra +$3,000 worth of parts here! The tedious, fiddly, and painful stuff is mostly complete. You'll save a good chunk of cash as I bought many of the parts at steep discounts or purchased them used. You're also cutting out like 100 labor hours. The car is driveable and starts every time. This could be an instant DE car or just continue on with the SPB build.

Album of Pictures and Video

Completed
  • Wiring harness thinned, new fuse panels, relocated immobilizer to under dash
  • 3rd radiator added
  • Stainless steel screen cut outs for both front and rear bumpers
  • Radiator fans removed, ducts cut into fender liners for brake cooling
  • Steering wheel hub, new
  • Momo steering wheel, used
  • Quick release, used
  • All three engine idler pulley bearings replaced
  • Tow straps mounted (f/r)
  • Hood pins installed (f/r)
  • 996 oil cooler
  • Tune RS Under drive pulley

Included (not mounted or installed)
  • Swift springs (450#, 500#), new
  • AOS, new
  • Suspension mounts (f/r), new
  • Wevo transmission mount, used
  • Wheel bearings, new
  • Lexan windshield, used
  • Momo side mount mount bracket, used
  • Porsche seat bracket, used
  • Sparco seat, used
  • 5 pt harness, used
  • (2) extra rear wheels to run square, used

Plus, I have most of the original parts, like rear bumper bar, radiator fans, pile of removed wires and switches, spoiler motor, etc.

The spare parts could be stuffed into the car if you want to arrange for shipping, or I'm in Minneapolis if you want to pick it up yourself. Asking price is $6,700. Please email me at roocox at gmail.com for a fast reply.
