WTB - 2000-2004 Boxster S with IMS Nor Cal

I'm in Northern California and have been driving to SF area every weekend for three weeks. Can't seem to find a good condition S model with IMS upgrade for $12-13k that anyone wants to part with. They are mostly car lot inventory and little history.
I have cash and I'm ready for the right car.
I found one guy who may be getting a PPI this week, but he's stuck on his price no matter what the inspection says.

Ideally -
All needed service is up to date
Newer tires - 75% +
Brakes good
Upgraded or standard glass window top
IMS/Clutch replaced (LN Engineering or EPS is preferred)
No major scratches or dents
Mileage 80-125k is good.

Any PCA members ready to upgrade to 911 or Cayman? I will take your S and love it like a woman.

Hi Chris,
What do you think? 2002 Boxter S, 6 M/T, Black/Black, upgraded Porsche wheels (bbs), 55,000miles. Approximately 24 months and 7,000 miles ago the following work was done at Callas Rennsport. Some other work was also done and I spent over $10,000.
-LNE IMS retrofit (no prior problems, just wanted peace of mind)
-LNE upgrade oil filter adaptor
-Rear main and crankshaft seal
-Timing chain tensioner
-Water pump
-Timing belt
-Flywheel
-Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, all four/alignment

Runs and looks excellent always garaged. Not my daily driver.
Love the car but thinking of upgrading to 911. Would like to get about $15,000 with all the work done but negotiable. In the Los Angeles area. Interested?
Rick.
