2001 Boxster S 3.2L - original owner, MA $10K
 

Original owner / single driver car. Original window sticker attached .... $60K plus ~$5K in sales/luxury tax. ~75K miles. Clean and well maintained. Metropol blue paint, top and leather. Absolute blast to drive. Sought after "S" model with larger engine, better brakes, 6-speed, 18" wheels.

Always garaged. Fair weather car. Never taken on a track, no accidents, no body work. New rotors and pads within last 10,000 miles. Car cover included. Heated seats - a "must have" item. Porsche Steering Management. 6 speed manual. All maintenance history available. All original manuals. New front tires and 4 wheel alignment 3K miles ago.

Rear window needs to be replaced due to 2 small cracks. Local shop will do it for $450 with existing canvas, but a new owner might prefer an all new top with glass and defrost. Available aftermarket for $550 and takes 6-8 hours to replace if you are handy and patient. (This is what I was going to do if I kept the car, but knee surgery forces sale.) Price will go up after new window installed for the spring. Leaving the window as is for a year or two would be fine also ... canvas is in good shape.


Work done on car includes:
- AOS this spring (common failure)
- Water pump at ~50K miles (common failure)
- Oil changes every ~5K miles

IMS/RMS replacement not done and no known issues, but price has been dropped to reflect that new owner may want to get that work done for peace of mind.

Car is clean and good looking. Photos to follow.

$10,000 this fall ... higher price in the spring if I have work done on roof / IMS.

I'm out of the country until the end of the year, but very interested indeed.

If you aren't in a hurry to sell, I'd love to come by in early January for a PPI and purchase (if PPI checks out).
