For Sale - 1996 Porsche 911 Targa

Model 993 is the last of the air-cooled Porsches!

I am selling my 1996 Aventurine Green 911 Targa. The car runs great. I am the 3rd owner. The former owner was a doctor who kept the car since 2000. The car is unique and classy.

All maintenance is up to date (brakes, clutch and tires all recent). Within the past year, I have had all belts, fluids and filters changed. I have all records since 2000. The car needs nothing.

I have added the following modifications that will stay with the car:

- HID headlights
- Koni FSD struts
- Lowered to Rest of World (RoW) M033 springs
- Front Strut Tower Brace
- Front control arm bushings
- Stereo with USB

Original Targa wheels with new rubber. Factory motorsound airbox. Mileage is 66,993 (but I am still driving it every day).

The Targa roof slides back and is ideal for open air driving.

Clean car fax. Clear title in hand. The car is clean and ready.

Should sell fast. Ride height still looks high.

A very nice example which looks to be in very good shape. Right number of owners, very good miles, no hit / no paint (?) car, you can't ask for more than that. Regarding the ride height comment, it appears as if some pics were taken before the MO33 / FVD install, the other site's pics definitely look lower and you can also see different exhaust tips; stock and Fabspeeds. Price also seems fair considering the current market, most likely money in the bank and potentially continue to appreciate in value.

GLWS Mike........

Guys - sorry, I didn't realize the asking price wasn't there. It's $44,500. I cut and pasted from another ad and I managed to not capture the price!

This is a no accident car. There is some road rash typical for a car of this age.

The pics below were before the car was lowered (all I had handy at the time). I also converted the exhaust from the Fabspeeds (which had a slight drone at highway speed) back to stock. The stock exhaust on the air-cooled car is rich and velvety.

Here are a few more pictures that were just taken yesterday.

Op, you are crazy. Surely you have a valid reason to sell this vehicle (sorry to hear btw), but you are still crazy lol

Hope this comment will help you to think more than twice. Those are rarer and rarer... I'd keep it in the family if I were you

ps. too bad I'm not close to you, I'd take it tomorrow morning (for keeping long term of course, I'm smarter than you, you see!!!). This car worth 80~100K in only 10~15 years. I that condition possibly more
