Looking For: LOBSTER CLAWS :D

I'd love to get some lobster claws for my boxster. 18" to 19" please :)

I don't even know what these wheels are going for. They don't have to be perfect. But please post their conditions and price :D

Thanks guys!!

You will love them. I just put a set of 19's on my 97 this past weekend and love it. Mine were in excellent condition with brand new Contis in the front and 75% Contis in the rear. Love the look. Seller was asking $1200 for the set and I offered $800 and he accepted. Thats a steep discount but he knew I would have the same problem selling my 17's. I was able to sell my chrome 17's for $400 so the difference for me was a super sweet deal on some of my favorite Porsche wheels. Oh, the guy lived only 5 miles from my house (SUPER LUCKY). Good luck in your search.

Pretty good deal and they're in California...

Check the fitment. Says they're for narrow body 911. Don't know what the offset is..

Good luck

gotta watch it though, some of the narrow body rims are 11" on the rear which will not work on 986's

Yeah, thats what I was fearing. That's a great deal though. Even though they'll need tires soon. Think he'd take it if i offered $500? I guess it's worth a shot :D

You guys are awesome! Thanks :) I'll try and find out fitment.

Remember my guy was asking $1200 with new Continentals on 19's. I offered $800 and he took it after he thought about it for a few days. It never hurts to ask.

Mrmaddbrad 05-15-2012 06:48 PM

Thanks again guys.

By the way, does anyone know what the proper offset would be?

And it appears that the wheel in the large picture has a 295/30/19 on it... Sadly I feel as though that would be an 11" wheel :( They won't fit even with spacers?
And you said you got a set of lobster claws for yours... what did they come off of? I can only seem to find 19x8 and 19x11. I'd need a smaller set for the front two. Any idea what size yours are?

Mine came off a 2007 Cayman. I will get the sizes later.

Here is what I have

265/35/19's in the REAR
235/35/19's in the FRONT

Hope this helps.

Mrmaddbrad 05-16-2012 02:33 PM

That is very helpful actually. That way i know what to look for when I'm buying wheels. Thank you!

Keep looking for me guys :D If you find some, send them my way :D

Found another set in Webster, Tx

Looks like there is another set here in Webster Tx. Given the location I am certain the price is flexible. Not sure of fitment but you could look into these.

It appears the rear tires are 305's which means they are 11" :(.

However; is there a way to search craigslist as a whole, instead of by individual locations?

Bummer. I hate Craigslist for this reason. I want to search it all but you can't. At least not that I know of.
