18K ?? Sounds awefully high for a '99 even with the extra goodies. Is the market that high on Long Island ?

Topless 10-18-2011 04:59 PM

Yep, you could probably buy 2- 99 Boxsters fo $18k here in Cali.

Good luck with your sale.

Good Luck

$18K for a 1999 with 84,000 miles? If you find anyone willing to pay close to that it will be because he/she knows nothing about Boxster pricing.

Brucelee 10-19-2011 04:41 AM

This price is simply silly.

lifeisgood 10-19-2011 05:53 AM

What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

springer123 10-21-2011 04:21 PM

$9000.00 is a better starting price for a 99. I paid $8500 for mine a year ago.

I have the same leather interior in MY99, but it's called boxster red on the sticker.

I just bought a 2002 2.7 W/68K miles this Monday W/ all maintenance done etc. etc, great car for $9,000.00 from a privet seller here in Michigan.:)

Mrmaddbrad 11-16-2011 08:08 PM

I've seen 2000 boxsters with perfect black paint, brand new glass back tops, xenon headlights, and the red interior with 110k miles go for $9,000. In almost every way better. And you could buy 2 of those for 1 of yours... Justified? NO!

These cars are going for under KBB price.... So don't expect to get over that price....

Johnny Danger 11-17-2011 02:32 AM

It's not a bad price at $1,800.0 ?

dallison 11-17-2011 04:54 PM

$9k sounds more appropriate.

jsceash 11-17-2011 05:52 PM

I thought I stoll my 2003, 2 1/2 years ago with perfect paint 5spd xenon lights sport II 17" wheels full leather and all your other options with 27K for $17,000.
