Hi all,

I am looking to sell my Speed Yellow 2000 Boxster S, looking for a quick sale as I have another purchase lined up. This one is complete! You will not find a better maintained, excellent condition Boxster S at this price. No leaks, no drips, no sounds, just runs like a dream! This is a perfect example of a car you can buy, put NOTHING into since it needs NOTHING and enjoy for a long time. All expensive possible needs have been addressed already so you will have years of troublefree driving. Here is a list of all things that are normally lost over the years that I still have and am including:

* Original Owners Manual (complete, even stereo manual)
* All Keys (two full keys, one valet key)
* Porsche Commemorative Key Chain
* Stereo Code Card
* Original Window Sticker
* Full Maintenance Records
* Spare tire tool kit (complete, includes flares and all!)
* Porsche leather faceplate pouch
* Clean title and SMOG cert on hand, ready for transfer.

Here is a list of all the options:
* Litronic Projector H.I.D.headlights
* New Glass Rear Window top
* Digital Audio Package (DSP, rear speakers)
* 18" Wheels (nearly new tires)
* Cruise Control
* Mesh inserts in roll bars
* Wind Deflector in between roll bar hoops

Negatives:
* Clutch Safety Switch failing (easy, cheap replacement but haven't had time to swap since it doesn't really affect me using the car)
* Latch for rear trunk release doesn't work (never worried about since keyfob has button to pop trunk, front trunk release works just great)
* Front bumper scrapped curb and was removed/repainted in 2009, excellent now. AutoCheck doesn't even show it, CarFax says to deduct $370 from value due to repaint).

Recent Work Done:
CV Boot Kit, Battery, Expan. Tank - $1325.18
New Glass Rear Window Top - $1969.25
Rear Hubs and Bearings - $3360.50
Top Relay - $143.68
Air/Oil Seperator - $498.71
@76355mi. - Complete Front Brakes, Axel/CV Boot - $1873.82
@82294mi. - Clutch Kit, O2 Sensor - $2072.71
@88050mi. - Clutch Slave, Water Pump, Tires, battery, Motor mount - $3390.00
@91002mi. - Second O2 sensor - $815.14

Since the car has 94,400 miles, KBB Private Party in Excellent Condition shows value to be $14,470 but doesn't take into account the expensive glass rear window top and Litronic HID headlights, I think $14,900 is a very fair price. Please keep in mind, I am not in a position where I HAVE to sell even though I want a quick sale. My price is fair and pretty firm. Please no low ballers. Thanks for your time!

Sorry man! I have been going back and forth for a couple weeks before finally deciding to part with it. I wish I had posted it before you snagged it.

I wish you were close by, I would snap your car right up.
Whats with the Red SOX hat?

ariazad 05-24-2011 06:54 AM

Frank, I'm not that far away, its just a quick 3,000 mile jaunt. I will see you this afternoon? It's about $900 to ship it cross country insured. I'll split the shipping costs with ya. As for the Red Sox hat, I am a Bostonian through and through. Born and raised in beantown, moved to Cali for a job back in 2002. I actually some family up in your neck of the woods in NH.

Price Reduced

Hi all,

I have been presented an excellent deal on the replacement vehicle but it will require moving rather quickly on my Boxster S. As a result, I have knocked a $1,000 off the price bringing it down to $14,900. I am sure you all know that is an excellent deal!.

Thanks,
Ari
