id be interested to know how much air is cut off to the engine due to blocking half the air intake...why didnt you modify that somehow so it flows better, looks awkward.

ooo, another question, do you have any better pics of the exhaust work? thx

GL w the sale

Actually none. The openings are hollow and the flairs act as a scoop to force the air in. The openings behind the factory grills are actually quite small-as well as the factory snorkel for the airbox.

Your post makes it sound like it has a 2007 leather interior? Is that the case, or are you talking about 2007 seats? If you have a full 2007 interior, please PM me the details of the swap. I'm really interested.

Sorry-should have had a period after 2007-it had the clutch and rear seal in 07, interior is original. I have a 05 here-doesnt seem like it would be a difficult swap.

Good luck with the sale, your price seems fair I am sure someone will snatch it up

boxstermaniac986 04-29-2008 06:58 PM

Thanks. I have a lot of money and more of my time in this than I care to lose-but its one of those things that has to happen. I just hope I sell it to someone out of town-I think i would cry if I saw someone driving it around> LOL

Yeah, I agree with Gary. Although I'm sure some here will be critical of the mods you've done (such as the wing), it's still something that will surely appeal to someone and the price seems pretty fair considering what you've probably invested in it. The low and wide look certainly makes the car seem more aggressive! Good luck with the sale.
