Did you try autotrader.com? Good luck with trying to find one that comes with the hard top. Not likely going to happen. ;)

Well its mostly because I live in SoCal and with the traffic here and also not knowing how to drive manual yet I thought I would stick with an Automatic and I believe most of them have the tiptronic with them. haha

Now I must ask is this a bad idea to go with tiptronic? haha

Just looked at autotrader and found a few that matched most of what I am looking for so thank you....

Yeah the hard top is not a necessity and I can always try and find one later down the road that matches the color but still I wanted to put it down....

Of course it's a bad idea: it's AUTOMATIC! It's boring, uneventful, and takes the fun out of driving a car meant to be driven!

The best way to learn how to drive stick is to... get in the car and learn! If you're not a big, f'ing retard, it should take you about 20min to be able to drive around towne without stalling at every red light.

I learned how to drive stick in my boxster.. Flew from New Orleans to Dallas, met the seller, loved the car, paid him and we were on our way. He saw me buck and stall in the parking lot before he left and said, "Do you even know how to drive manual?"

"Nope, but I'll figure it out." I only stalled 2 more times before I made it home. The next day, I found a new subdivision that was paved in and had no traffic. I drove it around the blocks a few times, learned the cars limit, and the rest is history.

I would never ever own a porshe in automatic.

I have driven standard sportscars for over 40 years. My Boxster is a Tip and it is no less fun to drive than a stick. It is , however , much less of a pain in the a*s when driving in traffic and around town. Is it better on the track--NO-- but I drive many less miles on the track than on highways. Ed --98 Tip which can keep up with anyone on the twisties

I love my Tiptronic. You have the best of both worlds. Put it in automatic when you're in a lot of traffic, then switch it to the manual mode whenever you want. I also enjoy being able to shift with my thumbs on the steering wheel in the mountain twisties.
