FOR SALE: 1999 Spec Boxster SPB. Well developed. Multiple Podiums

SOLD

I plan to move to Spec Cayman next year, so I must sell my spec boxster. This is a very fast, light, and well developed car and I hate to see it go. It is a 1999 model with traction control. Multiple podiums this year in tracks all throughout the east coast. Car is currently located in long Island, NY and can be brought to the upcoming Summit Point race if it does not sell by then.

Fresh built motor by Jake Raby of Flat 6 Innovations/LN Engineering put in this season with IMS upgrade. Oil changed every other track weekend. I chose to spend the extra money on this motor vs. a junkyard motor with reliability in mind. It runs very strong! Weighed in at 2675 last weekend with a full cool suit, 170lb driver, and 1/4 tank of gas. The car has a couple dings here and there on the doors and one of the quarter panels, but it is a very well built spb.
I am sure I am forgetting some things, but below is a build list...

Accusump and baffled deep pan
resealed tranny put in this year with upgraded shift bolts and external tranny cooler.
semi solid engine mounts.
3rd radiator kit.
numeric shifter cables, short shift kit, and security clips from TuneRS.
new oem clutch w/ lightened flywheel. Underdrive pulley
LC Motorsports rotors with PFC pads and stainless braided brake lines and Gt3 ducts.
gt3 front control arms, rear adjustable toe arms, tarret sway bars, drop links(extended front links)
bilstein pss9's with new swift springs this year 450/500.
cool suit with flow control in dash,
provost exhaust, bmc filter
center, side, and roof nets.
MOMO Steering with wheel hub adapter and quick release
Lightweight fiberglass hardtop with lexan
Saftey Devices Full Roll Cage with additional door bars
Wired for in car radio with talk button on shifter or steering wheel.
3 sets of wheels available(2 square with RR's 1 staggered with new ra1's).
Some other miscellaneous spares are also available.

Contact me at martinez.manny5@gmail.com or (631)258-3298 for any further questions.

Asking $27,900

Can you elaborate on the reliability upgrades in the engine?

Thank you..
The engine has resleeved cylinders, new stock pistons, new rings, valves, springs. Rod bolts, LN engineering IMS solution... It is a great, strong running motor.

Flat 6 Innovations built the engine?

Who's name was on the invoice, and the FSI Serial number? This one doesn't match my records?

The engine has been confirmed as one of ours. No worries.

Lots of fakes out there, so I question every one that isn't sold by a direct purchaser of the engine :-)

Thanks Jake. My apologies for using your name without first checking/confirming with you that it was ok. I understand there are a lot of scammers out there.
