I started on prototype #2 adapter today. I will hopefully finish the new control arm tomorrow. If there are no problems with it I will start on making a jig for it.

Have you done any analysis on the suspension geometry, Camber gain, Roll Center location & movement, etc. ? There's much more to it than just fabricating an A-arm that "fits".
