				anyone know this BSR?

1999 2.5L Porsche Boxter Racing Car
From google searching -- it's been around awhile -- so might need some refreshing.

I'm looking for a moderately priced track/street P-car.
I have a track membership that isn't getting used enough,

This would fit the bill.

My 951 street/track project has stalled.

thanks,

M

			M,
I don't know about the SBR in the ad but I have a 3.6L Boxster S for sale that would kill this SB and keeps up with 911 GT3's J stock PCA. It has tons to offer for the price.

Don't want to highjack your thread so PM if you'd like to learn more.

Here is a link to the car here on the 986 forum.
FS: Boxster S 3.6L Race Car
Thanks

A customer of mine bought this car
The story:

His trailer was stolen, the car was pushed out and abandoned. They vandalized the car with brake fluid, pouring it everywhere (mostly the passenger floorboard) They stole the seat/seat belts/steering wheel out of the car.

I picked it up, cleaned it up the best we could to see what we had. Power washed everything.. did a nut/bolt on it. Checked alignment, threw a seat/seat belts/steering wheel in it. Checked tire pressures and had the new owner ripping off decent lap times for a newb at WSIR on 4 year old non shaved 888's (we haven't ran those in the class for years)

We got an "ok" deal We paid a lot less than what he wanted. The car is WAY behind my other spec cars, but we will bring it up to speed as we see fit. Right now, it's lap times tell me to leave it alone and throw the new RR's on it!!

I'll be it CA. Speedway Jan. 11th testing 4 cars (Tarett GT4 Boxster and 3 spec cars) I'll let you know how it does on the roval
B

Day after I finally got ahold of previous owner and found that someone had bought it -- I picked up a Boxster S for the track (see my other thread).
All in all since I have 3 track only cars -- the S is really what I was looking for.
