What Is Your Hairiest Turn

Track season is over in the northest and unless your in the southwest yours is over as well.
What is your Most challenging turn(s)?

Mine is Turn 6 at Watkins Glen In reality it probably isn't that bad but the combination of thing that come into effect make it a turn you get or don't get. Starting at the Bus stop a four turn combination after in my case the 130 to 135 MPH back straight. Braking for about 150 - 200 yards to 75 to 80 MPH the four turn combination maintaining 75 - 80 MPH put you out onto the carrousel down hill turn 5 accelerating down hill 127' elevation to about 115 MPH. You finally get straight long enough to brake, downshift, and cut left into turn 6 off camber at about 60 MPH. As soon as the front end bites trail brake until the rear is in and set, get back to the gas gradually accelerating to the Apex still off chamber to full throttle at the apex still off chamber finally levels and the chamber cuts back to the turn as you accelerate out to the curbing drivers right at about 85- 90 MPH finally straightening Up shift to fourth to turn 7 the toe of the boot again to about 115 MPH braking downshift back to third at 70 MPH off the brakes fully into the throttle right turn uphil not realy accelerating for about the 75 ' climb out to the sole. I know I did it right if my back hurt being pulled down into the seat apex-in to apex-out and my data recorder shows about 1.3 to 1.5 G load.

Mine was not on a track, but could count as a turn. My radiator cracked and unbeknownst to me coolant had leaked all over the front wheels. I made a turn not going any faster then ten mph yet spun twice, almost falling off a construction area. Was very hairy to say the least.

Turns 8 and 9 at Willow Springs International Raceway are (in)famous.

Turn 8 is an unbanked (flat) very high speed right hand sweeper. The lead-in to this turn is very fast and the big sweeper allows Boxster's to carry 120-130mph easily all the way through. The challenge in Turn 8 is to trust the car while its squirming around and keep your throttle foot flat on the floor.

Turn 9 is a decreasing radius right hander with a dip at the apex. Typically you'll downshift and slow a bit in the short chute after Turn 8 in prep for entry into Turn 9. After turn entry, you're full on the gas well before the late apex.

The challenge is to slow enough to avoid running out of track on exit but don't slow too much or you'll kill your front straight speed - and do all of this without any decent landmarks to help in selecting a turn-in point. Consistency in this turn takes a lot of practice and many drivers run out of talent and end up in the sand at corner exit!

Can i answer everyone?
;)

Even if the Ring have numerous of blind curves the easy right hander called brünchen (the fountain) still surprises me :o
I Think its the most underrated turn on the Ring and its also the one with most victims.

I have posted a vid from the Ring on the video forum and its mostly from brünchen.
