teves E46 ABS pin out

Doe anybody have the pin out for this unit? I'm looking to do this conversion in the off season. Any Experience with this unit?

Not going to do the motorsports version but use the E46 M3 version

According to my E46 M3 Bentley Manual, the 2001 - 05 model years use a Teves Mk 20 EI DSCIII. The electrical diagrams show:

RR speed sensor - Pin 22 yellow/black wire & Pin 23 yellow/Brown wire
LR speed sensor - Pin 5 Brown wire & Pin 6 Blue wire

RF speed sensor - Pin 19 Brown wire & Pin 20 yellow wire
LF speed sensor - Pin 1 Brown wire & Pin 2 Brown/red wire

There seems to be some other complexities such as the type of wheel speed sensor that is a different type than the non M3, and the DSC system takes some inputs from the CanBus for yaw rate and steering angle.

I would suggest to get the Bentley manual to make sure you get it right.

By the way, I don't notice that the E46 M3 brake ABS is really any better than my 986S unit, and I end up getting into ABS a pretty good bit when trying too hard at Auto-x.

Try the guys over at M3forums.com to see if they have some photos or other data.

The pin out for the Teves MK 60 is what we are after. This can be run standalone. There are two units to be had. One that was in the regular E46M3 and another (harder to find) from the CSL/ZHP cars.

If you don't want to post it kcpaz, shoot me a copy as well.

I have one unit to stick in the E36M3 and I have extra that I might put in the Boxster.

The Teves Mk60 is for the standard E46, not the E46 M3.

Not much luck, getting the pin out, how bad is our bosh 5.3 if you run it with dual MC?

The MK60 is in lots of cars: VW, Merc, even Skoda. BMW used a Teves MK60 DSC III unit in the 2003+ E46M3 - two different models, it's all in the programming. This is what many who can't afford the Bosch M4 Motorsport ABS have been using. It has been successful in 997 Cups and Caymans running Grand Am and World Challenge. Eric523 put one in his Boxster.

It is certainly better than the 3 channel Bosch 5.3 unit in the early cars. Don't know about the 4 channel system. One big benefit is that it runs stand alone.
