This was the last session of the weekend, and I've driven with the other two guys quite a bit. We had a blast. I'm on Bridgestone Potenza RE11 street tires, with Pagid Yellow brake pads and the mods in my signature below.

Nice video

A few questions:

How do you like the pagid yellows? what did you use before them?

Did your car come stock with the ROW suspension or did you add it? reviews?

Of your mods, which had the greatest impact for DE events and which had the least?

thanks

Thanks, Mike. I absolutely LOVE the Pagid Yellows. This was my first weekend using them, and they made a HUGE difference over the OEM Porsche "Sport" pads that I was using previously. I've done 4 track days on the stock pads, 9 on the "Sport" pads, and 2 on the Pagid Yellows. The Yellows have a better initial "bite," and I experienced no brake fade in 8 sessions. I was diving deeper into the corners with the Yellows, and overall I took a full two seconds off my previous best lap times with them. My rotors still look good, too... No cracks, even though I'm on OEM cross-drilled rotors.

I had the RoW M030 suspension installed this spring. The main difference I noticed is the better rebound damping over my stock suspension (which is likely due in part to the fact that the stock suspension had 70,000 miles on it). I noticed better-controlled body motions with the M030. No difference in ride quality in casual driving that I could tell.

Greatest impact on DE's by far was the brake pads. Least effect? Probably the low temperature thermostat. I don't see any lower coolant temps with it. It was one of those "while you're in there" mods that Jake Raby did when he installed the IMS bearing retrofit.
