Full lock

Hi am new to the club & boxsters I have a 3.2 S I picked it up last Saturday. When I put the car on full lock and excellerate slowly the car seems to jump until I correct the steering could I take you valuable advise. Not being picky as these cars are really fantastic and unless you have owned one its hard to explain.
