Grey 3 spoke with airbag should go for $300-$400 on the bargain end. Black, I'd say $400-$500.
They can go for more, but I see them on eBay for the listed prices somewhat regularly.

This is just based on what I saw and what I eventually paid when searching for a 3 spoke.
