o2 sensors questions

Who has replaced their o2 sensors here? My 99' w/ 55k has a pending P0150 along with what originally set off the CEL,P1124 & 1126;

(Pending)P0150 - Pre-Catalyst OČ Sensor, Cyl. 1-3, Short to Ground, Short to B+, Implausible Signal

P1124 - Fuel Pump Relay Output Stage - Short, No signal, Below Lean Mixture threshold, Above Rich Mixture Threshold

P1126 - OČ Sensor, Cyl. 1-3 - Implausible Signal, Short to Ground, Short to B+

I think the darn o2 sensor is going out. How much have you paid for your o2 sensors? They are a D.I.Y. to change out correct? Do all 4 have to changed out,or could I get away w/ swapping just one or a set(pre-cat)? Has anyone had any trouble w/ only swapping one or a set out? Any input will be appreciated,thanks!
