Possible new owner

Hi All,

Im from the UK and going to look at a Porsche Boxster today or tomorrow. Its a T plate on 1999 2.5 FSH,new tyre, in dark blue, got leather, upgraded 17inch alloys and i think the mileage is around 50k ..It seems like a nice car..It belongs to a colleague at work who needs a more practical car..

As a former S2000 owner now driving a Civic type R im no stranger to nice cars however I just wondered if you have any advice on what to look for when viewing the car apart from the obvious..I have been told the only time you'll take a boxster into the garage is to have the key marks re-painted that some scumbag had done however any advice would be really appreciated..

We havent talked money yet but i think he's looking for about £11,500 sterling..

Many thanks..
