Lighter Adapter / Sleeve
 

I know this has been talked about before, but from my searches I found no answers.

Situation:

Auto Lighter outlet is larger than the standard North American outlets and as such the different types of devices (GPS, Radar Detector) will not fit properly.

I have seen a sleeve that would insert into the socket and allow the devices to fit on a site but can not remember where.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
