That's pretty close on the exchange rate for a euro, but those pounds are around 1 to 1.9 now but the shipping is what will kill you.

look closer, he charges 40 GBP to ship to USA.

40GBP = $78.00 (as of today)

But still not that bad of a deal, I just noticed he is including the corners and side markers.
