How Do You Add A Pic to your Signature and your name???

Hello I am new to this forum and I was wondering how to add a picture to name and signature thanks in advance

The same way you have attempted to do it but instead of linking it off your hard drive, you must upload the photo to a web server and then link it from there. :)
