Chain pad tensioner

My cam deviation recently went from good numbers to 4 and 8. The car 02 S has 68k.
It had a LN IMSB installed another 6-7k ago at a porsche dealership. About 6 years ago.
I know am showing a 4 and a 8. As far as running, nothing has changed, zero rattle, clean filter at last oil change about 1500 miles ago. Could a defective chain tensioner be the issue. Seems true numbers changed pretty quickly so just trying to figure out next steps.
I love my indies response about fixing. No light, no worry.

Is the value fluctuating when the engine is revved or holding steady?

I would think you are probably fine then assuming they are not changing. It is when the values are fluctuating in real time that shows there is a problem.
