Ims shaft moved and not aligned

Hello everyone ! so I have an issue with the IMS shaft, I paid a mechanic to remove the IMS bearing and what he did is that he welded the bearing and started to pull it with impact. The IMS shaft has moved upwards and it is no longer aligned with the engine cast. The locking tool slipped from passenger side cam and it seems to have moved a bit (Maybe one or two mm), the other cam and cranckshaft seem to be locked in place. What are my options here ? Legal stuff is on another topic, I want to know how to fix this 🙁

The the bolt in the IMS flange is what centers the IMS shaft (if I am remembering correctly. When the flange is removed the shaft can move, especially if the chain tensioners have not been removed. It can be repositioned during assembly.
