Mystery Rubber Block

Does anyone recognize this rubber block? I found it in the rear trunk after the car received a new clutch, water pump, and IMS bearing. (Additional images available). |
Doesn't look familiar to me, and I just had the entire drivetrain out (and. water pump). No 986 or 996 part number? Could just be a jack/jackstand pad.

Your biggest clue is the work done before you found it. It's probably off something they used to support the engine while the transmission was out.

nm. Clearly too small to fit on the brake pedal.
