New or Used? Warranty terms?

New are going for $10k less than sticker in some cases.

AtoB, if this car is new, with < 50 miles, than yes, this is a good deal. 16.4% discount. Also, this needs to be the color combo and options you want. Don't just settle for the car. Make sure you buy the one you really want!

Good luck!

Post some pic's if you buy it.

I hope the other goodies include litronics (xenon headlamps) and the Bose sound system... I wouldn't buy a new boxster without these two things, that's for sure.

Forget about the sticker and the discount from MSRP if all the goodies (and especially the color combo) are not what you really want. Personally, I think the car is "overloaded" and they'll have hard time selling it for $56k. This time of year you should be getting $10k off MSRP for stickers BELOW $60k. Now THAT, with a desired color combo would be a banger deal.

Remember, 4 years from now that $67k (msrp) 06 S will be competing with a $57k (msrp) 06 S in the used market, and the difference between them is NOT going to be $10k for sure.

Z.
