Wheel fitment help

Looking for responses from people who have fitted 10x18 inch et40 rear wheels:

1) Does it rub on the fender ever? Follow up is your car stock ride height or lowered?
2) Did you have to tie back the handbrake cable?

I’m on bilstein B6’s and H&R springs lowered about an inch. My current wheel is already fairly flush and it seems like this one would stick out a couple millimeters more. Really don’t want to have to roll fenders or tie back the cable. Tire size is 265/35/18
