Pedals for Heel-toeing

Can anyone suggest some good pedals to put in to make it easier to heel-toe? I just can't seem to get at the accelerator at all with the stock accel/brake pedals (the brake is too far forward). Is it simply a matter of new pedals, or is there also an adjustment you can make on pedal position to help?

I'm no pro on the mechanics end, but I think something isn't right if you can't blip the accelerator with your heel (or by rolling your foot) because the brake is down too far....

the vostek racing pedals are fantastic for this. my buddy had them in his gt2. they have adjustable sliders that allow you to position a portion of the gas pedal above / below the brake depending upon your driving style.
