1999 Boxster New Convertible Top Mis Alignment
 

Issue: After replacing top, when raising roof the B Pillar & Roof Frame don’t align correctly (first picture)

It supposed to seamless aligned, like second picture

Details:
1. 1999 Boxster
2. Replaced roof with Sunset AutoTopsDirect Acoustic Plastic Window Top
3. It seems like there is an obstruction as I cant apply force for it to align

Appreciate any guidance to fix this.
