Congrats

Brucelee, how do you explain 2,000 new members since February, when you posted the 4,000 mark? Is there a sudden surge in Boxsters?

It is hard to say. Richard and I will be chatting about this soon as it IS interesting.

For those of you who don't know, we purchased the forum in Dec of 2004 with just over 800 members.

Nice growth, thanks again to all!

Keep us posted as this is fascinating. Really. A surge of 2000 in a matter of months. . . . .I wonder if Hollywood, books, culture have influenced the interest.

Just an observation, but unlike most forums, users must create an account on 986forum before even reading the threads. This has probably inflated the member count.

I could be wrong but I don't recall that being the case when I joined in July. I remember being able to read but not post.

At any rate, it still is interesting that they've hit 6000 plus members, even  if they are just reading.

That just means there is a growing demand for boxsters, which means better future boxsters

Love these forums!
