2000 Boxster Instrument Panel

Hello,

I have a base 2000 Boxster that is not showing the display for the center circle and the right circle.

It is not showing the time display, oil level gauge and all associated information for those two areas.

All fuses are good and I figure it has to be something physical with the panel. Is there a way to diagnose, troubleshoot, before I go and spend money on a new/used panel?

Any help would be appreciated.
