Help on identifying chewed wire on bank2

1 Attachment(s)
Hi All,
I got a Boxster S 2000 last year.
Having not been used for some time, i've caught up on the maintenance and checked on Durametric codes.
A knock sensor connected to ground led me to find out some rodent damage on top of bank2: the knock sensor wire was chewed. I fixed it and this is issue came away.

I've also found an other grey wire (see below) chewed, but cannot figure out where it is going to.
Any idea ?

Aside from this, the car is running fine. I get P1130 once in a while (no CEL), and clean the throttle body. I replaced the AOS. Can it be linked to the evap line ?

Thanks,

That's the wire that goes to the AC compressor to engage the clutch.

Thanks. Interesting I didn't notice any issues with the AC.
What would ve the symptoms ?

Where does this wire connect on the other side ?
I can't find it.
I may have to remove the intake to figure it out.

Without that wire to engage the AC clutch, you should only be getting ambient air when you run the AC. The wire goes across the back of the AC compressor, then along the side up to the base of the pulley.

Thanks 78F350 !
I found out why the AC works. It has been rerouted in a previous repair.
Not very nice, and they only fixed the AC, as i had to repair the knock sensor 2 which was chewed as well.
