Need help finding terminal 31 on relay block
In the Bentley book, page 24-7 Fuel injection, DME Component testing, one of the tests is check for continuity at terminal 31 on relay block.
I cannot find terminal 31. Can anyone help? David |
I think that may be a misprint. Terminal 85 on the relay/block is the ground for that circuit. Can’t locate a 31 in the diagram.
Couldn’t hurt to trace that ground to GP8. |
Thanks
I could not find 31 in another documentation either.
I will reverify the ground on that circuit. |
It may not exactly answer your question, but on these German cars there is standard terminology for certain circuits. Terminal 31 refers to ground, Terminal 30 is +12V hot at all times, terminal 15 is switched +12V, etc... *So, you are looking for continuity to ground I expect.

Makes sense to me
Thank you for the graphic image.
