P1128 oxygen sensing /vacuum leak or 02 sensor

hey Guys .

so I m dealing with this code
a bit of history : after working on the top of the engine looking for Coolant temperature sensor in the wrong place !!
mistakenly removing stuff such as intake hoses , intake manifold I know ! seen a video where I thought the sensor was located turns out to be underneath , placed everything back together good and tight I though ! after driving few days getting this code now .

so I m thinking I got a vacuum leak .. this morning did a smoke test I can NOT see any smoke except over OUT of the air cleaner box questions

is that to be expected smoke out of the air cleaner box ?
should I consider the 02 sensors ?
what else should I be looking at ?:)

That is a lean alarm code. Double check the AOS connections, those are a pain to remove and reconnect. You need to hear or feel the click when reinstalling.

hum ! I did replaced the AIR OILSEPARATOR a while back did not have those code till I messed with it looking for the ECTS .. I just swapped back the old MAF sensor (bosh oem ) removed new one i had bought from rockauto .. wondering if that is the issue same BOSH numbers thought !!

sorry I should have mentioned I did replaced the MAF sensor few months ago when I was having issues thinking that was the issue turned out to be the ECTS

i started it . actually sounds pretty damm good . dont hear any hissing . pulled the codes afterwards NO CODES at all

maybe that was the issue ..
