Problem discovered afterwards was the purchased exhaust was for a 00-04 and the lack of O2 bungs for the forward O2 sensors, which I'm having welded in. That leaves the back two O2 sensors which I'm certain will throw a CEL due to these being cat-less pipes. Used the search function and found a 4 year old post about re-flashing the car to ROW to alleviate the check of the rear O2 sensors. I saw that Porsche is not too willing to give out the required info to customers and am wondering if anyone has had success as of late or any ideas on a way forward.

Thanks in advance

Call a local dealer and be nice to them. If they say no then try another dealer. Porsche in Nashville helped me without issue.
