My first guess was a slightly non-standard break wear light. From the MY 2003 manual:


Now, I'm seeing it as depicting a wheel that is lifted above the surface..? Not a normal light on a Boxster but give this a try for me... Your car is on Jack stands and I'm guessing that your car has level sensors. Can you lower it from the stands to put some weight on the wheel and see if the light goes out?
