Gearing up to do my clutch, what else should I work on while I'm in there?

Title basically. This is my daily driver so I want to do anything that could need doing while it's off the road for the week.

Here's my running list:

Oil change - send to Blackstone for analysis. Look for metal flakes - if there, change Ims. If not - leave. 10-40 weight for clattering noise on start.
Spark plugs
motor mount
Clutch/pressure plate

Spray starter with lithium grease to help with starter squeal. Will this help with a weak start? About half the times I start the car I need to give it gas. I also have a p0447 error, but will address that after the clutch. I have a feeling hard start is due to that.

Transmission mounts - I don't see any fluid leaks but at 116k is it one of those that is just worth doing?

I have a squeak on forward gears and especially 3 - how can I address that?

My clutch pedal is extremely squeaky as well when pressing - how can I address that while down there?

I'd like to get Ben's short shift or another kit - anything complimentary I should do while down there?

Good time to change transmission and bleed as well? That's never been done afaik.

How do I know if a synchro has gone bad?

TIA - apologies this will just be one of the biggest jobs I've undertaken and it's on my daily so just want to be prepared
